2025 Heritage Parade Grand Marshal

The Curwood Festival Heritage Parade Grand Marshal Committee, along with award sponsor Schluckebier Hood Wealth Management Group of Stifel, is proud to announce Debra Adams of Owosso as the 2025 Grand Marshal of the Curwood Festival Heritage Parade.
Adams received the surprise announcement during the May Curwood Festival Board meeting held at The Sideline Sports Bar in downtown Owosso. She was selected from a highly distinguished pool—34 nominations representing 13 individuals. Many nominators highlighted her remarkable 38-year commitment to the Curwood Festival, including her leadership role as Royalty Coordinator, as well as her dedicated service on the boards of the Owosso Historical Commission and the Shiawassee Humane Society.
We thank everyone who submitted nominations and please understand that there can only be one Grand Marshal chosen each year.
