Job Description for the Office Manager Position:


Daily operations of the Curwood office
  • Answering phones and returning calls
  • Returning emails in a timely manner; forwarding on those that needs to be addressed to the proper chair for the event
  • Working with chairmen of events and the Board to be sure that their needs are met for their perspective events and for meetings.
  • Process and pay any bills that come in monthly
  • File any paperwork appropriately
Monthly
  • Attend board meetings with office managers report
  • Reconcile QuickBooks and work with the accountant to get the financials ready for board review
  • Send out agenda and financials to the board (agenda only goes out to the Chairmen for the events). Usually about 10 days before the Board meeting
When needed
  • Work with Marketing/Social Media/website chairmen to make sure publications go out as well as any updates to the website
  • Update the website in September to get all forms and board information updated
  • Work the office timeline to get tasks done in a timely manner pertaining to festival events
  • Email chairmen reminding them about upcoming forms that are due for their respective events
  • Get profit and loss reports ready for the Chairmen to use for the next year’s budget
